Arrive at Regency Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
Looking for late model Cadillac Sedan (no license plates)
Color: White
Dis. Marks = Cellular phone antenna attached to rear window.

Parking lot has three white Cadillac Sedans with cell phone antenna.
None of the vehicles observed are without license plates.
Qty. One vehicle with temporary registration still taped to the rear window.

Due to the positioning of the (3) Cadillac Sedans located on opposite sides
of the building,
I am unable to watch all three while waiting for the subject to arrive.
Surveillance will be set on the Cadillac Sedan displaying temp. Registration.

Female matching the description given and the photograph provided
by the Client is carrying two large pieces of luggage.
Subject is wearing a white blouse, red skirt and red high heal shoes.

Subject put both articles in the trunk of the vehicle.
Subject drives approximately 100 feet to the middle of the parking lot, then
enters the main lobby of the hotel.
Subject appears to be checking out.
Departs Regency Hotel .

Subject is joined in the parking lot by one male 5'10" approx.
190 lbs, approx. 40 years old, brown hair and moustach.
Vehicle being driven is a green late model Ford Explorer

Subject and unidentified male embrace and kiss on the lips
for approximately thirty seconds. (See Video Tape For Exact Time)
Female appears to be fondling the private (penis) area of the male for several
seconds during this encounter.
